End of Summer Fest
The Crystal Beach End of Summer Fest is the renewal of an old tradition started in the 1960s. The "beach" in those days was filled with college students & people of that age who had rented cottages for the summer. The Labor Day weekend signalled the end of summer to all of these folks. It was decided that something must be done to celebrate the past summer and all that came with it. What ensued was an End of Summer Parade and then parties throughout the "beach" to say good bye to friends along with "Ole Man Summer". This year will be the fifth year of our renewal of this tradition. We invite all to come and join us for a fun day in Crystal Beach.
